A little about me...

After walking together with an indigenous medicine woman for a day, I asked her: "Why do I keep seeing rainbows on clear days, like today?"

She looked deeply into my eyes: "You belong to the Rainbow People. You're here to bring unconditional love to Earth."

Have you ever found yourself pondering life's mysteries, questioning the essence of your existence? 

Over the course of nearly two decades, I've been blessed with the opportunity to share the transformative power of very gentle yoga for all ages and body shapes. Gradually, my journey has evolved to encompass energy healing, transformational coaching, and spiritual mentoring. I've experienced & witnessed miraculous healing & transformation with the power of pure love, and the deepest truth of our being. Amidst many diverse paths, one truth remains: true healing lies in reconnecting with the pure essence of who we are.  

2010, in the silent depths of meditation, I received a profound gift—an awakening of the Kundalini. In that transcendent moment, a vision unfolded before me, revealing the boundless expanse of our being, teeming with infinite possibility. It was also in that sacred space that I was presented with a simple map to true freedom, joy, and the essence of existence itself. 

With the veil lifted, I beheld a world aglow with love—heart, heart and heart everywhere. It was a revelation that resonated to the very core of my being—everyone, everything, crafted from the fabric of love. 

Yet, this journey has been filled with so many trials, or initiations. In the wake of illumination, I've continued to embark on a voyage through the labyrinth of self-discovery, peeling back layers upon layers of accumulated dust and debris. 

As my inner path deepens, I’ve realized that as a soul, I chose to be born through a family lineage - with so much hardship, pain, and suffering. These early life experiences helped me to build strength and resilience. I have had so many opportunities to learn how to heal these heavy energies, how to go beyond my past traumatic experiences, how to break free from my old conditioned, limited self, and how to help others to do the same. So, I see my challenging past as a gift now.

For the past 5 years, my journey has taken me even deeper into the mysteries of the soul. I've traversed realms beyond the confines of the physical, glimpsing the very fabric of creation and reuniting with the luminous essence of the Source.

In these soul-stirring experiences, I unearthed the profound purpose that brought me into this human vessel in this lifetime. I realized that I am here as a healer, a catalyst for transformation, tasked with transmuting the pain and suffering of humanity with the compassionate love and wisdom of the Great Mother. 

My mission is to rewrite the narrative of our collective story, weaving a tapestry of love and harmony in its place. I stand as one of the way-showers, guiding humanity back to the wellspring of our original purity and magnificence.

Together, we embark on the journey of co-creation, envisioning a new Earth brimming with true happiness, love, and harmony—a world where each soul remembers its innate divinity and embraces its inherent wisdom and power.

It begins with each individual, you and me, taking one step at a time towards the realization of our highest potential.

My heart overflows with so much love and gratitude for the cherished teachers who have come to guide me.
